Main purpose of job:
Providing 1st level German-speaking telephone support to external and internal clients in connection with personal computers or networks, or network devices within the set expected service levels and in a quality beyond the expectations of the client.
To be a successful Service Desk Agent, the individual must be customer and service oriented, self-confident, and have an aptitude for ICT issues.

This is an exciting “hands on” role reporting into the Head of Planning and Analysis in the UK, with dotted line reporting to the GOCC Business Unit Head in France. It is a commercial role providing financial oversight and support to one of the largest business units in the group as well as supporting regional sales teams on the commercial evaluation on sales opportunities.
Maintain, analyse, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems. Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

NSC require a field engineer to support various customer within a hundred-mile radius of their home address. You will be required to travel daily to customer site and support with ticket update and Closure
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible with given revenue and margin targets for maintaining the relationship with existing (small to medium sized) UK-based customers by developing incremental revenue streams
Utilizing a consultative and solution driven sales approach to understand client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level to be able to offer the best solution.
You will be end to end responsible for managing a select group of customers, by creating a strategic plan to improve customer relationship, ensure revenue/margin across the different BU’s, align with CSM for customer reviews, PM for any running projects and creating quotes and processing orders for your own customers
You will be responsible to report on a weekly basis on forecasting on sales opportunities
Your office location will be at the NSC office in London.
