Wir suchen für die Erbringung des IT-Supports vor Ort an einem Kundenstandort aktuell nach einem Kollegen (m/w/d) im 2nd Level Support.
The role holder is an experience IT professional and an expert in their specialism. Responsible for defining and delivering solution proposals. This involves the creation and communication of solutions to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that transition flawlessly into delivery meeting customer business needs. At times this role will support Solution Shapers and/or Solution Ambassador, who own strategic engagements, as well as taking responsibility for point solutions.
Through-out the proposal creation, works closely with delivery teams to ensure solution / design remains in alignment with requirements and nsc capabilities. Continuing to provide technical guidance and expertise during the transition, implementation and integration phases. Development and delivery of solution commercials and cost models including RoI, margin and forecast projections for internal approval.
Aligned or embedded into nsc strategic customers. Responsible for defining and delivering the largest and most complex solution proposals. This involves the creation and communication of solutions to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that transition flawlessly into delivery meeting customer business needs. Therefore, is a team leader with visionary leadership and the ability to co-ordinate teams. Recognised as credible working at director level to understand their business and commercial issues and both influences and contributes with key insights. Development and delivery of solution commercials and cost models including margin and forecast projections for internal approval.
Through-out the proposal creation, works closely with delivery teams to ensure solution / design remains in alignment with requirements and nsc capabilities. Continuing to provide technical guidance and expertise during the transition, through to implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the transition into business as usual.
Has a keen interest to stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.

POSITION: Desktop Support Engineer
JOB TYPE: Direct Hire (W2) with NSC Global

Responsible for project management and delivery of projects throughout their lifecycle. Interact with relevant cross-functional teams and customers for respective dependencies baked into project plans and manage program with customers, until commissioning of orders. Execute projects on a cross functional and regional basis within the allocated costs, defined scope and timelines. Identify and liaise with the key stakeholders involved in the project. Monitor critical milestones of project outcomes and customer requested timelines. Conduct periodic updates and reviews to ensure the project stays on track and delays are managed to ensure appropriate jeopardy and risk management. Drive mitigation of delivery issues and timelines through effective escalation management with senior management where necessary. Ensures project documents are complete and stored appropriately. Interact with back-end teams to understand issues raised around customer dependency clearances. Drive clearance of dependencies through discussions with customers and/or stakeholders. Review progress and margins of projects on a periodic basis and ensure faster revenue realization through appropriate prioritization of orders. Conduct periodic meetings with customers/stakeholders/vendors to discuss issues and related action items. Identify areas of improvement and drive specific initiatives to address issues raised by customers around order delivery.

This is a client-facing role, working on-site to plan, survey, deploy and verify the installation of WAN, LAN and WLAN equipment at client locations across the US as part of a nationwide deployment programme.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of leading small teams of engineers in network deployment activities, as well as undertaking pre- & post- installation wireless site surveys and is able to generate high-quality project documentation.
This role requires extensive travel across the United States, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that deployments run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As the senior on-site representative for the project, you should be a team player, be a good communicator and inspire professional behaviour and exceptional service in every team member interacting with our clients.
