Providing 2st level German- English speaking telephone support to external and internal clients in connection with personal computers or networks, or network devices within the set expected service levels and in a quality beyond the expectations of the client.   To be a successful Service Desk Agent, the individual must be customer and service oriented, self-confident, and have an aptitude for ICT issues.     Please note; only candidates who can speak both English and German (minimum level B2) will be considered for these positions. This team works in a 7*24 shift system.

This is a client-facing role, working on-site to plan, survey, deploy and verify the installation of WAN, LAN and WLAN equipment at client locations across the US as part of a nationwide deployment programme. The successful candidate will have proven experience of leading small teams of engineers in network deployment activities, as well as undertaking pre- & post- installation wireless site surveys and is able to generate high-quality project documentation. This role requires extensive travel across the United States, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that deployments run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards. As the senior on-site representative for the project, you should be a team player, be a good communicator and inspire professional behaviour and exceptional service in every team member interacting with our clients.
