Working closely with the Warehouse, Maintenance and Inventory teams to ensure the correct components are processed and passed on to the relevant team in a timely manner. Updating templates, shared points and migration tools are essential so reporting and organisational skills are required. Technical knowledge and certifications in IT networking are required. Experienced in working with Cisco hardware and software is essential as this is the main part of the day-to-day activities. Experience in managing projects until completion and reporting configurations issues promptly to achieve deadlines. Fast learning for fast moving technology with good computer and networking devices knowledge. Training will be provided for the processes and technical assessment will be performed periodically. Training on new products is continuous to insure all requests are processed. Reports to the Staging Manager.
