Beheren, analyseren, troubleshooten en repareren van computersystemen, hardware en randapparatuur. Documenteren, onderhouden, upgraden of vervangen van hardware- en softwaresystemen. Ondersteunen en beheren van gebruikersaccounts, inclusief rechten, beveiliging en systeemgroepen.
