Purpose of job:
The Staging Engineer will be performing technical and academic tasks on telecommunication equipment to stage and test requests within defined SLA’s. Working closely with the Warehouse, Maintenance and Inventory teams to ensure the correct components are processed and passed on to the relevant team in a timely manner. Updating templates, shared points and migration tools are essential so reporting and organisational skills are required. Technical knowledge and certifications in IT networking are required. Experienced in working with Cisco hardware and software is essential as this is the main part of the day-to-day activities. Experience in managing projects until completion and reporting configurations issues promptly to achieve deadlines. Fast learning for fast moving technology with good computer and networking devices knowledge. Training will be provided for the processes and technical assessment will be performed periodically. Training on new products is continuous to insure all requests are processed. Reports to the Staging Manager.

The Network NOC resource will participate and assist in monitoring and troubleshooting within client’s network, rack and cable efforts within the on-premises data center, assist with vendor coordination of WAN circuits.

The individual will be responsible for:
- Coordination & management of Enterprise customer hardware updates w/ HQ RAN, Sales & Markets
- Contract research & reviews to ensure notifications are not required to do the swaps
- Responsible for the sending, tracking and filing of customer notifications
- Partner with sales & the markets to ensure we have the right on site contacts to gain access to buildings
- Project manage all the work to ensure swaps are completed in a timely fashion & create accountability with markets

POSITION: Field Service Technician

Providing 2st level German- English speaking telephone support to external and internal clients in connection with personal computers or networks, or network devices within the set expected service levels and in a quality beyond the expectations of the client.
To be a successful Service Desk Agent, the individual must be customer and service oriented, self-confident, and have an aptitude for ICT issues.
Please note; only candidates who can speak both English and German (minimum level B2) will be considered for these positions. This team works in a 7*24 shift system.
Maintain, analyse, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems. Support and maintain user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
