About NSC Global

NSC Global delivers global network implementation, IT infrastructure and support solutions to world-class organizations, helping customers simplify operations, reduce costs and transform their IT environments.

As a Cisco Global Gold Certified Partner, we design, deploy, support and manage global IT communications and technology services for leading enterprises worldwide.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Executive / Business Development Director to accelerate NSC Global’s growth across the US market.

This is a new business-focused role, with responsibility for identifying, developing and converting new revenue opportunities across enterprise customers, Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), Data Center Providers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Direct Customers.

You will be responsible for opening new accounts, creating demand, building a strong sales pipeline and converting opportunities into profitable, long-term customer relationships. You will proactively identify target organizations, develop relationships with senior decision-makers and create opportunities from the initial conversation to commercial close.

The role requires a consultative and entrepreneurial sales approach, with the ability to understand customer challenges, identify where NSC can add value and position solutions ranging from targeted projects to complex, multi-year managed services and outsourcing engagements.

As NSC Global continues to expand its US presence, this is an opportunity to play a significant role in building the pipeline, winning new customers and establishing NSC as a strategic technology partner.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth across the US market.
  • Identify, target and open relationships with new enterprise customers, GSIs, MSPs, VARs, data center providers, OEMs and direct customers.
  • Build and manage a healthy new business pipeline, from prospecting and initial engagement through qualification, proposal and close.
  • Develop and execute targeted go-to-market and account acquisition strategies for priority sectors and organizations.
  • Proactively generate opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events and strategic partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior technology, procurement and commercial stakeholders.
  • Identify customer challenges and business requirements and translate these into commercially compelling NSC solutions.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Develop entry-point opportunities that can be expanded into broader, higher-value customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand NSC's services within newly acquired and existing accounts.
  • Own revenue, margin, pipeline and new-logo performance against agreed targets.
  • Develop account and opportunity strategies to maximize conversion and long-term customer value.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure agreements that deliver value for both the customer and NSC.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, Solutions and Executive Leadership to develop and close complex opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities ranging from tactical projects and professional services to large-scale, multi-year managed services and outsourcing engagements.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, pipeline and opportunity reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of winning new business and generating revenue within the IT services or technology sector.
  • Strong business development experience, with demonstrable success opening new enterprise accounts from a cold or limited relationship base.
  • Experience selling complex IT services, managed services, outsourcing, network, infrastructure or professional services solutions.
  • Strong existing network and ability to engage senior decision-makers within enterprise organizations, GSIs, MSPs, VARs, data center providers, OEMs and/or direct customers.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity creation to negotiation and close.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, including managed services, professional services, field services, network and infrastructure solutions.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and develop a compelling business-value proposition rather than relying on product-led selling.
  • Executive presence with the ability to build credibility and influence at C-suite and senior stakeholder level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing, margin, negotiation and complex contractual arrangements.
  • Highly proactive and entrepreneurial, with a genuine hunter mentality and appetite for opening new doors.
  • Strong pipeline discipline, forecasting and CRM management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to pursue opportunities ranging from smaller entry-point projects to large strategic engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience selling high-value IT services or technology solutions into Fortune 1000 and large enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrable new-logo acquisition and business development success.
  • Experience working for a systems integrator, managed service provider, technology services organization or similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Existing relationships across enterprise technology, infrastructure, networking or managed services markets would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Open new enterprise relationships and accounts
  • Build a strong and sustainable US sales pipeline
  • Generate and convert qualified new business opportunities
  • Win profitable new customers and contracts
  • Expand initial engagements into broader NSC relationships
  • Build long-term executive-level customer relationships
  • Deliver against revenue, margin and new-business targets
