POSITION: Junior Service Delivery Manager

JOB TYPE: EMEA Hours ONLY 

 

This entry-level role provides critical operational and administrative support across service delivery teams, customer care accounts, and internal project tracking. Working closely with senior leadership, you will assist with daily status reporting, track performance metrics against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and help coordinate team resources. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented graduate looking to build a career in IT service delivery, account management, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Operational & Team Support: Assist with coordinating resources across different service teams and help maintain standard methods and tool usage across accounts.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Help compile and organize comprehensive status reports for leadership and clients; assist with tracking billing, invoicing tasks, and basic financial forecasts.
  • Service Request Tracking: Log, evaluate, and track daily service requests, change requests, and technical assurance handovers.
  • Incident & Problem Support: Help monitor escalation logs, track Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress, and record problem reports alongside technical teams.
  • Asset & Process Compliance: Maintain accurate records for asset management requirements and support account planning tasks to ensure internal policies and security standards are met.
  • Meeting & Review Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for regular service review meetings and internal operational syncs.

Qualifications

  • Education: College or University degree in IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent entry-level coursework).
  • Experience: 2 years hands-on in a corporate environmentt
  • Skills: Strong organizational abilities, basic exposure to CRM or IT ticketing tools, and familiarity with core IT concepts (foundational knowledge of ITIL or project management principles is a plus).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language where required) to interact comfortably with team members and clients.
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn client accounts, business contexts, and operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
