We’re seeking a results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our global growth strategy and drive us toward our $1 billion revenue target. This is a senior leadership position responsible for net new customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and the execution of a world-class go-to-market strategy across IT services including NaaS, FSAAS, DaaS, and IaaS.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Define and deliver the global business development and go-to-market strategy with a focus on new logo acquisition and market expansion.
  • Market Insight: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and high-growth segments across regions.
  • Revenue Leadership: Set and achieve ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets for new business.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams to align market strategies and ensure a cohesive client experience.
  • Pipeline & Sales Execution: Build and manage a robust new business pipeline, personally leading complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, positioning NSC as a strategic digital transformation partner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a global Business Development team, setting clear goals, fostering accountability, and driving peak performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimise business development processes, CRM use, and reporting to enhance efficiency and visibility.

Qualifications

About You

  • Proven success leading Business Development or Acquisition Sales in the Global IT Services, Outsourcing, or Technology Solutions sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing multi-region or global business development strategies.
  • Exceptional record in securing new enterprise clients and closing complex, multi-year contracts.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen with deep knowledge of IT services pricing, contracting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • A dynamic, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
