We are seeking a commercially focused, people-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of up to 10 sales professionals while personally owning and growing a portfolio of strategic key accounts.
This is a player–manager role, combining hands-on account leadership with coaching, performance management, and team development. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across existing enterprise customers, expanding share of wallet, and supporting new business acquisition through your team.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, engaging with customer decision-makers to align NSC’s IT services and solutions to their business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced sales professionals setting clear expectations and driving consistent performance
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts, acting as the senior relationship owner and trusted advisor
Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling of services, identifying new opportunities within existing customers
Support the team in new logo acquisition, providing deal support, coaching, and strategic oversight where required
Set clear account plans, revenue targets, and growth strategies for key customers and the wider team
Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and sales hygiene across the team
Partner with customers at senior and C-suite level to understand their business challenges and position NSC solutions accordingly
Collaborate closely with marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to ensure customer needs are translated into compelling propositions and successful outcomes
Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement within the sales team
Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in IT services sales, with a strong focus on key account management and enterprise customers
Demonstrated success managing and developing a sales teams
Strong track record of growing revenue within existing accounts while supporting new business growth
Experience selling through complex sales cycles to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Solid understanding of IT services, managed services, and enterprise technology environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Multilingual capabilities are an advantage; Spanish or German fluency is a plus
