Responsibilities

  • Provide Excellent Customer Support
  • Answering incoming customer calls and help clients with their IT technical issues
  • Follow up and solving IT incidents
  • Escalate incidents to Level 2 when unable to resolve the issue via ticketing tool
  • User Management
  • Resolving issues as per KB instruction
  • Responding to incoming emails
  • Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Excellent and certifiable level of German (C1)

Experience

  • Experience in Customer Service by telephone
  • Experience in helpdesk or Technical support

Skills:

  • Advanced multitasking skill
  • Friendly and customer focused attitude
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills.
  • Quick adaptor
  • Availability to work a Saturday every 2-3 months
  • Team player
  • Capable to handle punctual moments of stress.
