POSITION: Depot Technician 

JOB TYPE: Direct Hire (W2) with NSC Global
START DATE: IMMEDIATELY

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and track IT and office equipment inventory using asset management tools

  • Coordinate with procurement and purchasing teams to ensure timely processing and receipt of orders

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with end users to provide updates on equipment delivery timelines

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

  • Assist in organizing and physically moving equipment as needed (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs)

  • Support the depot’s day-to-day logistics and administrative operations

Qualifications

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven administrative or inventory experience (ideally in logistics, operations, or IT support settings)

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities—you're comfortable working with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Comfortable with lifting up to 40 lbs for inventory handling

  • Experience with asset management or inventory tracking systems is a plus
