NSC Global is an IT services company that provides network infrastructure, managed services, and professional services to enterprises and large organisations worldwide. We are looking for a strategic finance leader to join the team.

This role will lead our global accounting team, drive efficiency, and enhance financial operations.

What you’ll do:

• Elevate our global accounting team, improving month-end reporting quality and timing
• Work alongside the CFO to implement innovative processes and controls.
• Partner with the Head of Planning & Analysis to deliver high-quality, commercial financial analysis.
• Own Financial Reporting ,oversee all internal and external reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Manage Global Compliance and lead statutory reporting and audits across Group and Local levels, engaging with key stakeholders.
• Control Overhead Budgets and collaborate with Business Leads to ensure financial efficiency.

You will have

• Proven experience in running a global accounting function.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
• Track record of implementing innovative financial processes and controls to further enhance the finance function.
• Resilience, problem-solving skills, and a forward-thinking leadership mindset.
