Overview

The ServiceNow Specialist is responsible for assuring the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform. This person is primarily responsible for system maintenance, upgrades, user management, fulfillment of administrative tasks, and performing upkeep of existing solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the ServiceNow user base 

  • Responsible for process-oriented development of ServiceNow applications and interfaces from concept drafting, requirements gathering (both customer and internal), solution design, development, UAT, implementation, to qualified documentation
  • Assist the process for reviewing and improving policies and procedures to support an ITSM/ITIL framework (desired future state, ServiceNow capabilities, etc.)
  • Monitor and optimize the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Coordinate & execute platform upgrades & maintenance, update set management, system clone
  • Advise teams on design, development and overall best practice configuration of ServiceNow
  • Document/Maintain functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business use cases
  • Work with ServiceNow sales team to preview, evaluate, and implement the latest capabilities of ServiceNow’s products
  • Interface with clients at all levels both via SDMs and directly, to communicate system functionality / business process, provide support, and discussions surrounding root cause analysis after outage events

Qualifications

  • 3+ years ServiceNow Administration, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Language: English mandatory , other language will be a plus
