Based in North America the role will be responsible for overall operational performance of the business and work closely with our sales and solutions teams to win new business. This person will be able to work at a senior level within NSC as well as our customers and lead growth within our existing business as well new business. They will also drive waste reduction and automation initiatives across the business and look to leverage technology to improve efficiencies. The successful candidate will also ensure all financial targets are met as well as driving team performance and development.

• Manage Delivery performance across the region
• Manage Financial performance across the region
• Work closely with regional Sales and Solutions teams and be an integral part of all new deals
• Grow revenue across existing accounts
• Drive usage of Automation\AI in the business to create efficiencies
• Lead waste reduction initiatives

• College/University degree in IT or 8 - 10 years of equivalent working experiences
• 10+ years in Operational management of which 5+ years in Senior Operational Leadership role(s)
