We Are Seeking

 

The Marketing and Communications Manager is a senior position reporting directly into the Chief Executive Officer. You will be accountable for the global strategy, planning, & delivery of marketing and communications.

 

Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you will:

 

  • Marketing, Communications and PR planning – Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations activity program that will enhance the Organisation’s image and position within the marketplace including publications, press relations, client acquisitions and so forth.

 

  • Branding, CI/CD – Ensure articulation of nscglobal’s desired image and position and assure its consistent communication throughout the entire Organisation. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution across various media platforms of all publications including all print and electronic materials such as presentations, brochures, fact sheets, case studies, web content, newsletters etc. based on nscglobal’s branding and visual identity guidelines.

 

  • Product Offering – You will design in collaboration with the business unit leaders a product and service portfolio that we can share with our customers to demonstrate our capabilities and drive new revenue.

 

  • Internal Communications – You will redesign the internal communications strategy to improve employee engagement and business knowledge.

 

  • Programs – Develop and execute communications and public relations activities including internal and external corporate events, sponsorships, trade shows, sales training sessions, internal and external newsletters, case study and reference development, customer satisfaction surveys,

 

  • CRM - Develop, own and maintain nscglobal’s database of client and partner contacts. Work alongside senior management in developing and executing CRM plans and tools.

 

  • Online and social media - Maintain corporate SharePoint and internet site developing and maintaining content including video and podcasts. Manage the corporate website and search engine optimisation programs. Develop and execute online and social media strategies for marketing, communications and public relations.

 

  • OEM Vendor programs – Make maximum use of OEM vendor offered programs and Market Development Funds

Qualifications

  • A strong self-contained individual with career ambitions in a Global environment and willing to take on executional duties. An experienced marketing communications professional with several years specific experience, ideally in a B2B IT market role.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
  •  Strong creative, strategic and personal sales skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic business landscape.

 

 

This role will require international travel.
