As part of this remit, we are seeking to hire a creative Recruitment Director based in Mumbai, India to lead our global talent acquisition team.

As the Recruitment Director, your key focus will be to develop new hiring and recruitment strategies, network with other recruitment professionals, and create diverse pipelines of talent from universities and other sources. You also collaborate and plan with other directors and executives, to determine what the organization’s recruitment and employment needs are and how to implement effective strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a gold standard talent acquisition organisation to meet the strategic needs of the Company.
  • Analyze the workforce and make recommendations on selection and development activities to meet workforce needs now and in the future needs.
  • Develop, implement and manage recruiting strategies, to attract qualified candidates for vacancies.
  • Drive talent attraction initiatives across multiple regions to support NSCs global expansion, building talent and capability databases.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to talent attraction, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborating closely with senior leadership, hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the development of Company wide hiring manger recruitment and selection training.
  • Manage, develop and maintain the communication flow and strategic partnership between the Recruitment team, corporate support teams and internal and external stakeholders.
  • In conjunction with the Global Head of Recruitment:
  • improve the key success metrics associated with hiring goals.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment best practice.
  • Establishing best practices and process improvements through managing KPIs/OKRs.
  • Building strong relationships within the People organization, ensuring a One Team approach for the business.

 

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in HR/Business Management
  • 10+ years’ experience leading Global Recruitment
  • Extensive experience in the Tech/IT industry
  • Demonstrated expertise having built early career programmes / recruitment drives
  • Demonstrated expertise finding unique solutions to recruiting challenges
  • Proven coaching skills
  • Proactive hands-on approach and can do attitude
  • A team player with strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Long-term strategic thinking, creative solutioning and pragmatic application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing, remotely based teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement to drive organisational change
  • Experience leading and delivering strategic transformation in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of operating at senior levels
  • Experience with budget management.
  • International (Western) onsite work experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • High EQ

 

 

Team Size / Management: 9 across multiple locations

 

Travel: as needed
