Main job purpose

As front line support for our client base, you must be empathetic to customer needs and understand their sense of urgency.  As part of the Onsite Support Services environment, you must function successfully in a team environment with a constant focus on customer satisfaction and meeting service levels.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control daily service call activity, utilization, inventory levels and service levels
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Resolving technical problems with hardware, software and connectivity.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues while maintaining agreed upon service levels for customer contact and resolve
  • Participate in the configuration and support of internal systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with Logistics
  • Adherence to assigned schedule
  • Adhering to documented policies, procedures and processes for nscgobal and customer specific.
  • Clear and concise documentation of all customer interaction within appropriate CRM tool.
  • Able to function in a team environment
  • Maintain knowledge levels as industry enhancements occur
  • Support installation and implementation of connectivity and high-end systems products
  • Continuous improvement of service delivery.             

Qualifications

Key Competencies

 

Technical:

  • Proficient in Computer and Printer Hardware                                                                                                              
  • Proficient in Common Software applications                                                                                               
  • Proficient in Microsoft Operating system                                                                                                      
  • Proficient in Customer Service Aptitude                                                                                                         
  • Basic knowledge in Networking                                                                                                        
  • Basic knowledge in VPN and Wireless                                                                                                                             
  • Basic knowledge in Ticketing software                                                                                                           

                                                                                                               

Non Techincal:

  • Basic knowledge in ability to multi-task
  • Basic knowledge in Support Values and Principles of nscglobal
  • Basic knowledge in Oral and written communication skills
  • Valid B category driver's licence
  • English at least on B2 level
