The individual will be responsible for:

• Coordination & management of Enterprise customer hardware updates w/ HQ RAN, Sales & Markets
• Contract research & reviews to ensure notifications are not required to do the swaps
• Responsible for the sending, tracking and filing of customer notifications
• Partner with sales & the markets to ensure we have the right on site contacts to gain access to buildings
• Project manage all the work to ensure swaps are completed in a timely fashion & create accountability with markets
• Help coordinate the strategic plans regarding the swaps – track AT&T funded, customer funded, etc. opportunities site by site

The individual will be responsible for:

• Responsible for the sending, tracking and filing of EOL system customer notifications
• Review, track & coordinate all site specific plans to replace EOL systems
• Coordinate & track plans w/ sales for proactive customer outreaches
• Align with & update other work groups tracking our plans regarding EOL system replacement / decommissioning
• Track & archive Legal notifications

Metrocell End of Life Support:

• See above responsibilities but this is a completely separate list & requires separate coordination

Project Management:

This individual will be responsible for:

• Provide PM support for the launch of AT&Ts Network your way for Cellular (as-a-service)
• Will create Project Plan, create accountability to critical tasks for launch, follow-up on open action items, etc.
• Provide PM support for the OCN Transformation Program
• Work with vendors to ensure on-air timelines are completed w/in expectations of 180-days
• Create & track reporting by site for all transformation projects
• Partner w/ markets to ensure vendor accountability & track opportunities for program improvement

• OCN solution architect role support
• AT&T Network your way for Cellular launch support
