Main Purpose:

The role holder is an experience IT professional and an expert in their specialism. Responsible for defining and delivering solution proposals. This involves the creation and communication of solutions to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that transition flawlessly into delivery meeting customer business needs. At times this role will support Solution Shapers and/or Solution Ambassador, who own strategic engagements, as well as taking responsibility for point solutions.
Through-out the proposal creation, works closely with delivery teams to ensure solution / design remains in alignment with requirements and nsc capabilities. Continuing to provide technical guidance and expertise during the transition, implementation and integration phases. Development and delivery of solution commercials and cost models including RoI, margin and forecast projections for internal approval.
Aligned or embedded into nsc strategic customers. Responsible for defining and delivering the largest and most complex solution proposals. This involves the creation and communication of solutions to enable and guide the design and development of integrated solutions that transition flawlessly into delivery meeting customer business needs. Therefore, is a team leader with visionary leadership and the ability to co-ordinate teams. Recognised as credible working at director level to understand their business and commercial issues and both influences and contributes with key insights. Development and delivery of solution commercials and cost models including margin and forecast projections for internal approval.
Through-out the proposal creation, works closely with delivery teams to ensure solution / design remains in alignment with requirements and nsc capabilities. Continuing to provide technical guidance and expertise during the transition, through to implementation. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the transition into business as usual.
Has a keen interest to stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
